Meet Lorenza in Vancouver

I am originally from Verona, Italy and I moved to Canada in 2017. I currently live in East Vancouver with my wife and our 1-year old daughter. My style can be described as joyful, intimate, romantic and timeless. I blend both a photojournalistic style of capturing natural moments and sometimes an editorial style, always keeping in mind to embrace imperfections and to capture the authenticity of moments. I've been featured in many magazines and websites including Dancing with Her, Equally Wed and Rocky Mountain Bride.

    Favourite Place to Shoot: Lighthouse Park in West Vancouver. I love the ocean and the forest vibes that Lighthouse Park offers. The light here during golden hour is magical.

Three Things

  1. I love exploring the outdoors and travelling around the world. My favorite trip ever was when I went to Norway. I booked a boat tour through the Norwegian fjords and it was such a breathtaking experience. I also love to cook Italian food and my specialty is risotto.
  2. One thing I can't live without is my family. Living far from them is a real challenge but it allowed me to revisit the concept of family to include the caring friends that I found along my journey. I definitely couldn't live without my family, whether it's my biological or chosen family.
  3. A fun fact about me is when I ordered a pizza thinking that it had roasted potatoes on top (pizza with roasted potatoes is a thing in Italy - true story!) but sadly realized that the yellowish cubes were pineapples!
