I am a wife and proud mother of two. Quirky, outgoing, and funny is how most people will describe me. I have a strong passion for capturing real & raw emotion and documenting life as it happens. I produce candid, light and airy photos. I am all about making your experience the best it could possibly be. Be prepared to have fun and possibly pee your pants from laughing so much! If you have kids, I promise you that we will be the best of friends (kids love me). There will be no stiff poses - you deserve more than someone who will just show up with a camera and says "Say Cheese!" By the end of the session we will all leave as friends, feeling like we have known each other for years.

Three Things

  1. In college I actually studied Early Childhood Development. I thought I wanted to be a preschool teacher like my grandmother. When I got out of college, I picked up a camera and never put it down.
  2. I absolutely love anything creative and crafty. You can find me knee deep in my latest project. I enjoy making jewelry, indoor plant art, shibori (Japanese tie dye) and much more.
  3. Not only was I born and raised in Hawaii, I am actually Hawaiian. My ancestors lived in Hana, Maui.

Tawni was wonderful with our large family and in the heat! I was so nervous that they wouldn’t turn out well because we were all so hot and the kids were unhappy, and she really pulled off a miracle!
