I specialize in capturing the raw, unspoken moments of life—family portraits, engagements, and maternity sessions that tell a story. My work is about creating genuine connections and freezing emotions in time, allowing each frame to speak with depth and meaning. Based in San Diego, I draw inspiration from the city’s stunning landscapes and vibrant energy. I’ve sold hundreds of art prints, earned Photographer of the Month in 2016 out of 2.6 million photographers, and have my work showcased in local galleries. Photography, to me, is more than an art—it’s a way to preserve the heartbeats of life itself.

Three Things

  1. When I’m not taking pictures, you’ll probably find me out riding my motorcycle, catching waves, skating around, or playing a game of pickleball. Whether it’s something active or adventurous, I’m always up for a challenge.
  2. One thing I absolutely can’t live without is my motorcycle. The freedom, the adrenaline, the open road—nothing beats it. Obviously, my family comes first… but let’s be real, my motorcycle doesn’t complain when I take the long way home.
  3. As much as I love the thrill of riding motorcycles, surfing, and skating, I’m also super into chess. People don’t always expect that mix—one minute I’m flying down the road, and the next I’m deep in thought, planning my next move on the board. Gotta keep both the body and the mind sharp!

Please note: Mo is available for 30-minute bookings in La Jolla. For other locations in San Diego he requires a minimum booking of 60-minutes.

Mo requires additional travel fees on the following routes:
