Travel Story
It has been a long family goal to travel to Provence! We wanted to truly experience the area as much as a bunch of Americans possible could. We stayed on a manade (ranch) just outside of St Remy de Provence. We cheered on one of our ranch’s bulls at the bullfights and watched the bulls race through the city. We experienced the surrounding towns of Avignon, châteauneuf du pape, Nîmes, Arles, Aix. We visited a Michelin star restaurant. It was truly a magical experience!!!!
Travel Tips
Pont du Gard was an unexpected and special experience. The water was cooler and more clear than anything I had ever seen in my life. The bridge was supposed to be the best part but actually the swimming and cliff jumping was my family‘s favorite memory! Additionally, I would definitely go to experience one of the course camargue. Everything about Provence is better… Even the bullfighting!
