Travel Story
We decided to explore Europe on our honeymoon so we visited Paris and toured Ireland. We spent almost a week in Paris with a day at Disneyland Paris, then spent 10 days exploring Ireland. Paris is a bustling city with centuries of history but it's just as much fun taking in the artwork (there are statues everywhere!) as it is sitting on the banks of the Seine with a bottle of wine at sunset. In Ireland, it's true that the Guinness is better, and you can pour your own pint at the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin.
Travel Tips
Plan ahead but be flexible - the hot weather made for long days and there was a strike at the Eiffel Tower on the day we were originally supposed to go. Luckily, the Paris Museum Pass made it easy to visit a ton of different locations (Arc de Triomphe, Centre Pompidou, Musée de Louvre, Musée D'Orsay, Musée National De L’Orangerie, Notre-Dame, Sainte-Chapelle).
