Travel Story
For months, we had heard about how amazing Amsterdam was, so when our plans of going to Paris on a larger trip to Europe fell through, we were eager to fill the void with Amsterdam's beautiful canals. We visited right in the middle of our trip, the only three days that it didn't rain. Our photographer, Tania, told us we were experiencing the most beautiful sunset in Amsterdam during out shoot-- which was incredibly lucky for us, because we had just gotten engaged!
Travel Tips
We loved a little Italian restaurant called Lucca Due (it was so good we went back the next day for more). We also felt like we got some of the world's best bartenders in Amsterdam. If you like creative cocktails, check out Tales & Spirits for lots of choices and themed drinks (our drinks were based on Star Wars and Van Gogh). Another place we loved was the Tailor Bar, where we had great drinks and conversations with the bartender, Sebastian.
