Santos wines for dinner during sunset (good wine and food with a great view). Favorite random spot we found was Giorgaros for lunch over looking water near the lighthouse. Family owned and all fresh local food. Had dinner at Aegean restaurant (the best baklava compared to other places we tried)

Rented ATV for the day to explore the island. Recommend an ATV over a quad. Don’t rent a car, too hard to drive around, especially with traffic. Only do the ATV if you’re comfortable driving one already (people drive scary over there!) Go to white beach, red beach, and Gavalas Winery! Highly recommend using the Santorini sailing center to book a sunset cruise (6hr) incredible dinner on the boat. Semi-private up to 15 people. The sailing cruise one of our favorite highlights!

What is the best tip for a romantic getaway in Santorini?

Highly recommend honeymoon Petra villa to stay! The views are worth the extra stairs/steps! (Don’t book there if you have bad knees or trouble walking)

Our favorite place during the trip was Galini Café, where we enjoyed breathtaking views of the sunset. We also loved Armeni Fish Taverna, which offered a delightful experience with a free speed boat trip to the restaurant. Our stay in Firostefani was perfect as it is conveniently close to both Fira and Imerovigli. We absolutely recommend booking a photographer, especially Ioannis with Flytographer, to capture the beautiful moments of your trip.

Our favorite cafe was Confetti! It was located right next to our hotel in Imoravigli and we had a coffee every day from there!

Highly recommend doing a catamaran sunset cruise! Such a beautiful way to see the island and the best Greek food we had! We also loved the Greek Wedding Show! So much fun!

Ammoudi Bay Tavern was lovely! Perfect for a memorable sunset dinner, definitely get reservations in advance. We also loved Karma, in Oia. It was so cute with delicious food. We went for dinner and drinks after sunset and it was one of our favorite places.

Our catamaran cruise was our favorite part of our whole trip. We booked with Spiridakos and we would highly recommend it to anyone going to Santorini. You get so much information and so many beautiful sights of the island that you wouldn't get elsewhere, and our crew was fantastic! Memories made there we'll keep for a lifetime!

Photos were our favorite souvenir. Santorini is incredibly beautiful and romantic, so not much is needed. The crowds can take away from the romantic feel of your trip so be sure to have a plan and reservations in advance so you can try to steer clear of the masses and enjoy every minute of your trip!

My favorite restaurant was Mia’s in Oia. The view of the caldera at night was the most incredible thing to see. Their food was the best we had on our 3 night stay in santorini. Everything was just delicious and we still talk about that dinner until today.

What are the best things to do in Santorini?

My absolute favorite activity we did in santorini was go to the most miraculous spa, Callisti Couple’s Massage. It was located in Oia. They use the energy from their God of healing and I have never felt so much better after a massage. For the first time in my life I didn’t feel any pain and I felt as light as a feather. It lasted the entire day and for someone with chronic pain that’s a serious miracle. They were so knowledgeable and the room inside was so romantic. They connected my husband and i through sound touch and energy and it was just a beautiful experience. If you want the best massage of your life go to this place and ask for Kelly. She’s a true healer.

What is the best tip for a romantic getaway in Santorini?

This was our honeymoon and boy was it romantic! We stayed at The Saint Hotel and they had private terraces over looking the caldera with private plunge pools. It was impossible to not be the most romantic place on earth. My husband and I still talk about that place daily and can’t wait to plan a trip to return!
