On the way from Santa Teresa to Playa Hermosa, you have El Peñon, a stunning beach of calm waves and turquoise waters. Its most prominent feature is the rock that gives it its name: a dramatic cliff that sits about twelve metres from the shore. You can walk along the edge of the water to capture the rock from different angles. Close to El Peñon, Playa Hermosa offers more idyllic landscapes for photoshoots, with white sands, palm trees, and a nice added surf vibe. This perfect combo gets even better with a gorgeous display of colours during sunset.
