“ A Frigid Family Frolicks in Photos with Fantastic Luis! One might say my brood – myself, hubby and three perpetually chilly teenagers – embarked on a photographic odyssey to the frozen tundra of Reykjavík, Iceland. (Let's just say the concept of "outdoorsy" is met with the enthusiasm of a sloth.) Despite our inexperience with both professional photoshoots and, frankly, Icelandic geography, Luis emerged as a photographic sherpa of the highest order. While our modeling prowess can only be described as "enthusiastic beginners," Luis possessed the uncanny ability to make us feel comfortable enough to (almost) forget the camera's judgmental gaze. He showered us with a delightful blend of creative suggestions and open-mindedness towards our (admittedly less refined) ideas. Furthermore, Luis proved to be a veritable Icelandic encyclopedia. One might argue the photoshoot doubled as a whirlwind city tour, with Luis expertly navigating us to picturesque locations (all while dodging rogue icebergs, no doubt). In short, Luis is a photographic maestro! I would recommend him without reservation, even to families harboring teenagers with the emotional range of a glacier. ”
