Saurabh's Proposal Story in Ottawa

What is your love story?

We met through a matrimonial site and started talking exactly 4 months back from the proposal day. So it was kind of a 4th month anniversary. I liked her and knew she is the one. Our families already met and it was already finalized that we would get married. Anyways, I wanted to propose her formally, as I knew this is some thing she always wanted and I wanted it do it always. Hence I planned it and all went flawless.

What made you choose this proposal destination?

Debolina lives in Ottawa. I was visiting Ottawa so I wanted it to be a surprise for her.

What is your proposal story?

The proposal went great as planned. Caitlin and Janine helped me selecting the spot and helped me with all the minute details like parking and where to stand. I asked Debolina to come to the park for a walk before we head to the dinner reservation. She didnt want as it was cold but anyhow I convinced her and when we reached the location. I asked her for a selfie of that lovely location and that was the cue for Janine to start taking our pictures. I dropped down on my knees and said all I wanted to. She was surprised and happy at the same time when I popped the question and showed her the ring. She said Yes. It was great and then I gave her the next surprise, that is the photographer and introduced her to Janine. We had a great photo shoot after that with Janine.
