Cocobeach! The food was delicious and it was an amazing all day experience of relaxing on a Motu! One of a kind!
We enjoyed hiking up to the top of Magic Mountain and then enjoying smoothies at the shop at the bottom after the climb!
It’s the perfect destination to relax, enjoy a book while sitting over the ocean in the privacy of your own bungalow! We didn’t plan any activities in advance and loved the tranquility of the island!
Snorkeling near the sofitel was incredible. Snorkeling, paddleboarding, swimming at the Hilton from our on the water bungalow was awesome. We saw incredible fish and were able to feed the many sharks that congregated at night.
Coco Beach was on our bucket list after Steve told us about it. Unfortuntately you have to make a reservation far in advance (like before you leave home for Moorea), so were were unable to get there. Next time!

Don’t worry about the rain. Even if there is a day of heavy rain, it’s so calming! My husband and I hunkered down in our room and just listened to the rain and talked for hours- great way to connect!
Do the horse back riding; the mountains and pineapple fields are gorgeous. We stayed at the Hilton and had gorgeous water views and the most friendly staff.

Explore the island on your own with a car rental, scooter or roadster. There is so much to see and do that you'd miss out if you just stayed on resort the entire vacation.
Enjoy all of the restaurants, the food is incredible! The poisson cru de coconut should be eaten daily!
