Luke's Proposal Story in Mauritius

What is your love story?

We met for a cup of tea 4 years ago on a blind date. We instantly clicked and knew we were meant for each other after Bonnie spilt her cup of tea everywhere and 10 minutes later so did Luke! We have spent the last 4 years working hard and traveling together creating amazing memories and love the way we compliment every part of each other!

What made you choose this proposal destination?

Bonnie had booked a holiday to Mauritius after we met a local on a cruise. We had been planning to visit for 6 months. Little did Bonnie know, Luke had planned this proposal the entire time. From designing the custom made ring to organising flytogropher yo hello capture the special moments.

What is your proposal story?

Well where do we begin. Shay had arranged for a voucher to be sent to our room for 'two lucky guests who had won a photography session'. Luke organized with the resort, Lux grand gaube, a trip to the day spa and for Bonnie to have her makeup and hair done just before the photo shoot so he was able to get organized without Bonnie knowing. Luke had met with the photographer Mayline and went over the plan again and gave Mayline the ring to keep with her. Mayline took amazing photos and kept the whole afternoon fun and enjoyable. Once the sun was on the perfect angle Mayline said for Luke and Bonnie to go back to back, then said wait there I'll just fix your shirt Luke. She then handed Luke the ring whilst Bonnie's back was still turned. Mayline gave the signal "this is perfect" Luke then turned into one knee and asked for Bonnie to turn around. Mayline then caught the entire beautiful moment on camera and then continued to capture more after while we were both still so excited and in the moment. We will now never forget this for the rest of our lives.
