What is your love story?

Simple. She’s my best friend.

What made you choose this proposal destination?

We have loved traveling the world together and the memories created along the way. Choosing to propose on another one of those trips was always the obvious choice. Ghent was a beautiful location for doing so and offered a more intimate experience than Europe’s larger cities.

What is your proposal story?

I told AnneMarie that we had planned a castle tour in the morning and a nice lunch thereafter. We left our hotel dressed accordingly but never quite got to that castle as a surprise awaited along the way.
