“ Kara had amazing energy and was very positive, patient, open-minded, and calm! All the best qualities to have in a photographer, as she felt more like meeting up with a friend even though we had never met yet! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is after looking at the images, I wish we had more guidance on when we were in front of a dead plant (see at base of palm tree in the main photo below, but it was okay we just cropped it/edited it out ourselves) or when our poses, hands, etc. felt a bit forced/awkward. Since we are in front of the lens, we couldn't see when these things looked off, so would've loved a heads up more so I could use more of the resulting photos. I think this partially came from the speed at which the shoot was that we booked (only 30 min) so that's something I'll just consider when booking again. ”

She was so patient and encouraging during our shoot as we dealt with our 2 high energy german shepherds and some strong winds on the beach (hello crazy hair!). Kara was so sweet and gives fantastic direction to get the best photos. I was fully expecting to only like a few shots just simply because of my wind blown hair and our pups not fully in a good position all the time but boy was I wrong…I am absolutely thrilled with ALL of our photos I could barely decide on only a handful to share.
