We ended up taking photos in the Gothic Quarter, El Born, and the Port, and he really made sure we got a great variety of backdrops. There were a couple of hiccups with posing because of some translation issues, but honestly, don’t let that stop you from booking him. He has such a great eye for capturing beautiful photos, and it’s clear he knows what he’s doing. One of the coolest things about working with Orlando was that, as a native Spanish speaker, he knew exactly how to communicate with the locals so we could grab the perfect shot. That is something we definitely couldn’t have done on our own or with someone who is from spain. Plus, it feels good knowing we were supporting a local photographer and giving back to the community while traveling. If you’re looking for someone who knows the area and will deliver stunning photos, Orlando is your guy. ”

We chose the friendly tourist scenario, which made me a little nervous in coordinating but Cathy made it very easy to find her without tipping my fiancé off to the surprise. She took a lot of stress out capturing the moment. Afterwards, she walked us around the park for photos and her knowledge of the area really shined. She created so many beautiful photos for us. I cannot recommend Cathy enough! She is an excellent choice for anyone looking for an engagement photographer in Barcelona. The only thing I would have done differently is to book more time with her.
