1. Hallstatt, Austria
Located in one of Austria’s most beautiful regions, this fairytale-like village by Lake Hallstatt boasts pastel-coloured houses and charming alleyways lined with delightful cafes and shops. 2. Lake Como, Italy
Only a short train ride from Milan, this dreamy city located at the southern end of Lake Como is a favourite vacation spot for the global jet set, but you don’t need to be a millionaire to enjoy it. Stroll along its charming streets, find mesmerizing churches, dine at superb restaurants and take in incredible lake views with the Alps in the background. 😍 For even better views, hop on a boat, admire neoclassical villas sitting by the lake and soak in the scenic Italian beauty around you.

3. Lake Tahoe, USA
In the Sierra Nevada Mountains, on the border between California and Nevada, Lake Tahoe is a natural treasure known for world-class ski resorts and pristine sand beaches where you can engage in several water sports. 🏊 Amidst the breathtaking natural beauty of Emerald Bay State Park, visit Vikingsholm, a hidden castle in Nordic style. 4. The Big Island, USA
One of the ultimate vacation experiences in the United States is to visit Hawaii’s main island, aka the “Big Island.” Its sheer size and diversity are truly mesmerizing. Besides scuba diving and snorkelling, exploring the active volcanoes at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park is one of the island’s top activities. 🌋 This destination is a full package since it boasts different climate zones—from tropical lush valleys to the snow-capped peaks (yes, you read it right!) of the Mauna Kea volcano. There are also a number of beach resorts and all-inclusive resorts throughout the island that are ideal for a perfect romantic getaway or a family vacation. It’s just as they say: Aloha means goodbye to stress and hello to paradise. 🙏

5. Mérida, Mexico
As the vibrant capital of the state of Yucatán, Mérida blends a rich Mayan and Spanish heritage with a modern trendy side, combining the vibes of the old and new Mexico. Beyond impressive central plazas, beautiful churches, great museums and bustling local markets, this city is full of hidden gems and photo ops. 📸 Travelers flock from all over the world to explore Yucatán’s well-preserved Mayan archaeological sites, such as Chichén Itzá. 6. Salento, Colombia
This Andean town in Colombia is famous for two primary attractions: coffee and palm trees. ☕🌴 Visitors can explore the historical coffee farms of Colombia’s coffee region and taste several blends of the aromatic brown elixir. Take a road trip to Cocora Valley and hop off to marvel at towering wax palms, while tracing easily accessible hiking trails on foot, mountain bike or even horseback. 7. Chiang Mai, Thailand
In the mountainous northern part of Thailand lies Chiang Mai, the cultural capital of Thailand. This serene Thai gem is a perfect pick after experiencing the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. The largest island in French Polynesia, Tahiti is a true paradise on Earth, with pristine white-sand beaches, breathtaking lagoons, mesmerizing waterfalls and the enchanting allure of stunning bungalows that resemble treehouses out on the water.
