For centuries, Notre-Dame has been at the core of every story of Paris: stories of genius and pride, of evolution and revolution, of war and peace, and, most significantly, of love. Whether you knew her well or only dreamed of her, Our Lady was one of the most enduring symbols of this beautiful city. We may have captured her countless times with our cameras, but we know this fire cannot capture her spirit; she will rise like the phoenix. Our hearts are with the citizens of France as they cope with this tragic cultural loss, and we thank the brave firefighters who risked their lives for each of us who will forever love this magical city.
