Their Story
Maggie: “Maui has a special place in our hearts – we travelled here for our honeymoon, and now, our babymoon. Funny story on our shoot: As we were walking further down Baldwin Beach to the ideal spot for photos, Naomi told us about a recent session she had done for a family with a little boy. The little boy had gotten his pants soaked by the waves; just moments after she finished telling us her story, my husband turned his back on a wave and got his tan shorts soaked!
“My foodie tips: I discovered Belle Surf Cafe in Kihei through Instagram and it is such a darling hipster café with just the right touch of island charm and great cold brews. The garlic noodles at Star Noodles were so ono. My husband was so grateful that I found out about Shark Pit Social Grill on Yelp – he loved the brussel sprouts and I keep thinking back to the corn with furikake sprinkled on top!
“The moment our flights were booked, I knew I wanted to have professional maternity photos taken in Maui to take advantage of the beautiful scenery. I did quite a bit of research online, and ultimately decided to go with Flytographer, and I am so glad I did. We had so much fun that we totally lost track of time – huge thanks for the such an amazing experience and for the gorgeous photos that have exceeded my expectations. My only regret is not booking Flytographer for a honeymoon photoshoot!”
