1. Disneyland Main Street and the Castle
When you visit Disneyland, the first place you’ll encounter is the iconic Disneyland Main Street. Main Street is the entrance to Disneyland and sets the tone for the park’s overall atmosphere. The street is designed to replicate an idealized version of small-town America in the early 20th century, with charming storefronts, Victorian architecture, and a vintage trolley car that transports visitors up and down the street. 🚎
At the end of Disneyland Main Street stands the Sleeping Beauty Castle, which serves as the centerpiece of Disneyland. 🏰 The castle is a beautiful sight to behold, with its towering spires and turrets and vibrant hues. It is based on the castle from the classic Disney animated film Sleeping Beauty and is a popular spot for photos.

2. Disney California Adventure Park
Disney California Adventure Park is a thrilling theme park located next to Disneyland. It was opened in 2001 and features attractions and entertainment based on the history and culture of California. The park is divided into several themed areas, each with its own unique experiences. 😊
One of the most popular areas is Cars Land, based on the hit Disney/Pixar film Cars. 🏎️ It features attractions such as Radiator Springs Racers, a high-speed race through the desert landscape, and Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree, a fun ride that spins guests around in old tractors.

3. Santa Ana
Santa Ana is a city located in Orange County, California, just 20 minutes from Anaheim. The city is known for its vibrant culture, rich history, and diverse population.
One of the main attractions in Santa Ana is the historic downtown area, which is home to art galleries, museums, and theaters. There is the iconic Bowers Museum, which features a diverse collection of art and artifacts representing a diversity of cultures, as well as the beloved Yost Theater, which hosts a variety of concerts and live performances throughout the year. 🎭

4. Huntington Beach
The Huntington Beach area, also known as Surf City USA, is a popular destination located in Orange County. This magnetic city boasts stunning beaches, exceptional surfing, and a relaxed lifestyle that draws visitors from every continent. 🏄♀️
Among Huntington Beach’s must-visit destinations is the Huntington Beach Pier—the longest pier on the West Coast of the United States! Visitors can walk or bike along the pier while taking in the panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. 🚴 A truly magical experience!

Open since 2001, Downtown Disney is a fabulous way to enjoy the magic of Disney without entering the theme park itself. Located at the heart of Disneyland Resort, Downtown Disney is an outdoor shopping, dining, and entertainment district with something for everyone.
The district features a variety of shops, ranging from high-end boutiques to popular brands such as the LEGO Store, and World of Disney, which is the largest Disney store in the world (the perfect place to get your Mickey Mouse ears)! 😮 Take a stroll along the picturesque promenade and snap some pics—this is a great place to take photos in Anaheim!

6. Anaheim GardenWalk
Anaheim GardenWalk is a shopping, dining, and entertainment destination located in downtown Anaheim, just a few minutes’ drive from Disneyland.
The open-air shopping center features over 400,000 square feet of retail space, 🛍️ including a vast selection of stores and delectable dining options ranging from casual eateries to exclusive restaurants. Anaheim GardenWalk also hosts great entertainment events, including outdoor movie nights, live music performances, and seasonal celebrations.

9. Heisler Park
Heisler Park is a beautiful oceanfront park located in Laguna Beach. The park is named after George Heisler, a local artist who donated several of his paintings to the city of Laguna Beach. Today, the park features several public art installations, including sculptures and murals which makes it one of the best places to take photos in Anaheim.
Heisler Park stretches across 18 acres and offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and the Laguna Beach coastline. 🌊 Scenic walking paths wind through the park, taking you through gorgeous gardens along the coast.
